ZMI Services' interactive website structure is very easy to navigate. The frontend of our site, where you are located now contains all our main pages, as follows:

Backend [client dashboard] |
Backend Operations is SSL Protected (secure sockets layer). This insures that the connection between our clients and our privately owned web server is encrypted and secure. We take privacy matters seriously and go out of our way to protect our clients identity and maintain the integrity of our web server.
All client accounts established at ZMI Services are funneled through our secure backend operations, known as (operations or ops), which will automatically bridge and synchronize the newly established client account with our discussion area by logging the client into both at the same time, thus only one account is needed. Clients can choose to unbridge their accounts. Your account login will be your email address and the password you choose. At no time are you obligated to retain us for any investigative services. All (potential clients) new clients accounts are without obligation, and if inactive for 3 months they are then completely purged from our system. The Operations section (backend) of a clients account is a sophisticated and interactive area consisting of a Client Dashboard where all transactions for services take place: purchases, quote requests, communications between client and agent daily during an ongoing case, video, photo and reports are uploaded and downloaded and payments are processed. |

Case Management [backend] |
This area is only accessible to staff personnel and is where every aspect of a client case is managed, encompassing: taking case orders, reviewing cases, and where approval and strategy methods are devised. Once a case is approved we are in immediate telephone contact with a client and we communicate frequently during an ongoing investigation. Evidentiary material and reports are uploaded on a nightly basis, including: written reports, photos and video of an ongoing, or completed case. We highly encourage telephone contact with our clients especially during an ongoing investigation and mobile surveillance.
