ZMI Services provides fee based investigative services to clients, subject to the following TOS, (terms of service) which may be updated from time to time herein, and without prior notice. You may at anytime review the most current version of our terms, always located here, on this page.

ZMI Services protects client account data utilizing SSL Certification, (secure sockets layer). This method of encryption insures a client has a secure and safe working environment with our privately owned web server.

ZMI Services has access to informational resources including communications pertaining to the personal information we gather concerning claimants (known as Claimants) or subjects (known as Subjects). Under no circumstances shall ZMI Services be liable to any client for the use or misuse of this sensitive information, or for the reliance of any information that we provide. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of our site, from inability to use ZMI Services correctly, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of this site or any services offered on this site (including such damages incurred by third parties).

I. Client
Client Accounts are available to any legal adult, over the age of 21 who establishes and accurately provides all the required and mandatory information, including a legitimate first and last name, residential address, email address and valid telephone number. Client Accounts are non-transferable.

All client account information must be accurate, kept up to date, and belong to the person or business entity establishing said account. We do not allow advertisement of any kind from businesses, for services, or products other than our own.

II. Agency - Staff Personnel
All staff personnel granted special privileges by ZMI Services (also referred to as 'Agency, Agent, Operations, or Staff') agree to abide by the following confidentiality policies. Staff agree to keep confidential any and all information concerning clients of ZMI Services. Staff agree not to collect, store or in any way harvest information from our clients for any use. Staff agree to keep all discussions within the staff and other restricted areas confidential and will not discuss this information with anyone except other active staff personnel who are directly employed by ZMI Services. Any breech of this policy by staff personnel will result in immediate termination of their employment with ZMI Services. Staff agree to keep all information regarding ZMI Services current and future business plans, structure or other internal matters, confidential.

In the event privileges are revoked, they agree to respect our policies as would any other and to hold all confidential information acquired during their time as an employee/staff personnel, private. Staff understands that breaking this confidentiality clause may result in legal action against them.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes or noncommercial purposes any portion of the services or content contained within ZMI Services. The use of any content, photos, or files owned or published by ZMI Services is strictly prohibited.

It is the policy of ZMI Services to respond expeditiously to claims of fraud and intellectual property infringement. ZMI Services will promptly process and investigate notices of 'alleged charges' and will take appropriate actions. Should a violation of intellectual property or fraud be discovered, the document(s) or messages in such violation will be removed in a timely manner after any and all investigating has been completed and provides proof of the authenticity of such claim.

This agreement shall be constructed and controlled by the laws of Massachusetts. Staff personnel agree to jurisdiction by state and the federal courts of Massachusetts. ZMI Services reserves the right to change, modify or update this TOS agreement at any time and without notification. By accessing ZMI Services, all established accounts, (known as Client) and Staff Personnel show their full agreement and acknowledgment of the restrictions, limitations and terms set forth in this agreement.
