Loss Prevention, $80.00 per investigator hour

Mileage is billed at the rate of $0.45¢ per mile within a 60 mile radius*

Rates may vary depending on the type of case involved, or degree of difficulty required. New client cases require a retainer or prepayment depending upon the service(s) requested.

Minimum investigative billing time per investigator is four (4) hours excluding mileage. Mileage is calculated to/from an assignment. Case expenses, and administrative costs are not included in the hourly rate fee.

Repeat customers will receive generous discounts. All reports, invoices, photos and video are uploaded to our server and can be accessed through the CLIENTS' SECURE ONLINE ACCOUNT unless otherwise requested. Upon payment in full, a formal hard copy of your case will be released and sent to your physical address. We keep a copy of your records for 2 years.

Flat rate $250.00 per hour fee, 2 hour minimum. A fuel surcharge applies to this service.
Includes K9/Handler, and ZMI Supervisor on your site for the duration of the assignment.

Our staff member who conducts firearms safety classes is certified by the MA State Police as a Firearms Safety Instructor, and certified by the NRA in 3 disciplines: Firearms Safety - Pistol - Personal Protection. Safety Certificates are good for Pepper Spray, FID card, Class B, and Class A permits. We highly recommend you apply for a Class A permit as this type of permit is all encompassing.

Individual firearms safety certificate classes are $65.00 - 25% discount rate applies to 5 or more persons in a group. 35% discount rate applies to non-profit organizations and educational institutions.

Safety certification is the minimum required by Massachusetts state law. 3 hours is required to complete this course. Once you complete this course you will then obtain an LTC application from your local police department, fill it out, and submit it along with your safety certificate. The required MA state application fee is $100.00.
