They won't send me a copy of the report from the IME doctor, do I have any rights to a copy? An injured worker may invoke MGL c. 152, § 20 or MGL c. 152 § 30A, which requires the insurer to provide a copy of the report. Also, the employee can invoke the Patient Bill of Rights.
