Client Account Login |
Welcome valued Client!
You can login to your secure client account, request case services, upload files, download reports, view photos and video, retrieve updates of pending and completed cases, access your payment history or make a payment. If you do not have a client account please Establish One Now! You must fill in all details, they are mandatory. Accounts are bridged with our discussion area and clients are automatically logged into both. Login to your client account will always be your 'email address' and your chosen 'password', on this page here, or the Operations Dashboard page. In the discussion area portion of ZMI Services your first name will show as your username. This is only visible to you and staff personnel. *This applies only to the discussion area. |

Prospective Client |
We do not accept generic email addresses such as hotmail and yahoo, however we do allow gmail accounts and we encourage you to use your company email address or internet provider email address such as, me@companyname.com, me@verizon.net or me@comcast.net. All email sent to you from ZMI Services will concern either an account issue, a case we are currently working on your behalf, a support ticket initiated by you, or at your explicit request.
Establishing a 'Client Account' at ZMI Services DOES NOT hold you obligated to retain any services we offer. If we find you have not retained any services from us within 3 months of establishing your account, or at the very least you have not made one post in the discussion area portion of our website, your client account will be automatically deleted and purged from our system. |

Daily Reports and Billing |

From beginning to completion of your case, daily reports along with any photos or video obtained are uploaded to your client account by 8:00 p.m., est, and can be accessed via your account dashboard. At the completion of your case a final hard copy report is delivered in Word and PDF formats along with a DVD video copy. We hold the original digital video until your invoice is Paid in Full.
30 day billing cycle. Nominal retainers/partial payments for new clients are mandatory. Existing client payments can be made through your client account using Visa, Mastercard and PayPal, or you may send a check via physical mail when your case is complete. We keep a copy of your case records for 2 years. |
