You can login to your secure account, request case services, upload files, download reports, view photos & video, retrieve updates of pending cases and completed cases, access your payment history or make a payment. You may also request a client account to be setup for you. clientcase@zmiservices.com

Please refer to the forms on the Case Forms page to view what type of cases we service or if we can assist you. You may download live forms from your secure account once you login or provide your own forms once our services are retained.

We do not accept generic email addresses such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail or aol for accounts. Your account username will be your email address. Please use your company email address.

Registering for a Client Account does not hold you to retain our services at any time. You will receive a welcome email once and no further communication until you purchase services, or submit a support ticket. If we find you have not retained our services within 3 months of registering, your account will be deleted.

From beginning to completion of your case, daily Client Reports along with any photos or video obtained are uploaded to your account by 8:00 p.m., est, and can be accessed via your control panel. At the end of your case a final report is completed in .word and .pdf files along with a vhs video copy. We hold the original 8mm or digital video until your account is paid in full.

30 day billing cycle. Retainers/partial payments for new clients are mandatory. Existing client payments can be made through your Client Control Panel using Visa and Mastercard, or you may send a check through physical mail when your case is complete. We keep your case records for 2 years.
